Ontario-based; Castlemore Property Maintenance and General Contracting Inc. is a full-service interior and exterior property maintenance company. Although located in Peel Region, we strive to give the CPM touch across the GTA and surrounding areas.
CPM is family-owned and operated by Michael & Ingrid Da Silva. Michael discovered the joy of gardening and began cutting lawns for his neighbours as a youth in Cooksville, Mississauga during the late 70s. By the late 90s, Michael Da Silva realised his passion for gardening. He decided to leave the fast-paced environment of the corporate world and focused his efforts on landscape gardening and continued servicing the residents of Mississauga and the surrounding area.
As early as 2003, Ingrid’s Garden & was formed as a sole proprietorship, where they operated for several years. “By 2010 we saw the business grow and the need to incorporate, giving us the ability to employ and expand our equipment in order to offer a higher level of quality and services to our loyal clientele”.
